Parenting Redefined
All Campuses
Are you feeling exhausted and overwhelmed by the daily challenges of parenting? Do you question whether you’re doing enough or feel guilty after losing your patience? If so, you’re not alone—and yes, you’re still a good parent.
Guest speaker, Ashley Patek, is an occupational therapist, certified parenting coach, holistic lifestyle coach, Empathic Witnessing practitioner, and founder of Doing Better Conscious Parenting. On Saturday, April 5, from 9am to 12pm, Ashley will present Parenting Redefined, a three-hour interactive workshop designed for parents who want to break the cycle of guilt and frustration but feel unsure how to make lasting changes.
Together, we’ll explore how understanding our own emotions and triggers can help us respond to our children with greater confidence and connection. You’ll gain practical self-regulation tools to manage stress, clarify your core parenting values, and set firm yet respectful boundaries. We’ll discuss how to meet your child’s behaviors with curiosity, decode their unique “meltdown language,” and strengthen your bond through co-regulation techniques.
You’ll also learn conscious discipline strategies that transform power struggles and challenging moments into opportunities for connection and collaboration. By the end of our time together, you’ll feel more equipped to lead with confidence, manage your emotions, and create a more peaceful, connected home.

Cost is $25 per person. Childcare is available for an additional fee of $10 per child.
