Some of the sweetest moments here are when people share their love and faith in Jesus through baptism. Baptism by water immersion symbolizes the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus. Baptism doesn’t save you, but rather it is an outward expression of an inward commitment to Jesus. As followers of Jesus, we are commanded to follow his example and be baptized, proclaiming to the world that we have responded to the free gift of grace and have committed our life to Christ.
Twice a year (in the spring and fall) we have baptisms during our Sunday services. We offer classes for kids, youth, and adults who are interested in being baptized in the weeks leading up to those services.
