Want to get away, have some girl time, and be spiritually refreshed? We want that for you, too! God doesn’t want us stressed and anxious, bogged down with responsibilities all the time. He’s called us to sabbath because He knows it’s what’s best for us! So we are pushing pause on everything else and taking a weekend to focus on spiritual renewal, rest, and fun. Join us this September 6-8, for our Women’s Fall Getaway!

Details:

On Friday, September 6 at 10:30 a.m., we will meet at church and carpool to Louisville, Kentucky for the Lifeway Women Live conference. Guest speakers for the conference are Jen Wilkin, Kristi McLelland, Jennifer Rothschild, Jada Edwards, Kelly Minter, and Courtney Doctor. Worship will be led by Hope Darst!

Our accommodations will be at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel, just 5 minutes from the conference. Though everyone will be separated in hotel rooms, we do plan to have our own gathering space at the hotel as well as have all meals together. We understand that people vary on comfort levels with rooming situations, so we are offering a few different options while rooms are available. Requests will be prioritized in the order they are received.

The registration fee will cover the cost of the conference ticket, lodging for two nights (price dependent upon which option you choose), breakfast both mornings, group t-shirt, and gas for those who drive. (We need drivers! Gas will be covered.)

$198 - 2 Queen beds with 4 person occupancy (You will share a bed.)
$262 - 2 Queen beds with 2 person occupancy (You will have your own bed, but share a room.)
$370- 1 King bed (You will have your own room. A very limited number of rooms are available for this option.)

Additional costs: Hotel breakfast is included for Saturday and Sunday mornings. You will need to bring money for 2 dinners and 3 lunches and any shopping you would like to do.

Registration must be in by June 30 for discounted group rate.

On Sunday, you will have the option of sticking around and enjoying some downtime in Louisville with lunch and shopping at Logan Street Market and then a visit to Fleur de Flea. If you stay, you should be back to church by 6 p.m. If you choose not to stay and play, you could be back by 2 p.m. on Sunday. (If you know you want/need to be back early on Sunday, please indicate that in the notes section of your registration.)

The proposed schedule for the weekend:

Friday, September 6
10:30am - Meet at Calvary to carpool
4:30pm - Arrive at hotel in Louisville (4 1/2 hour drive + lose 1 hour with time zone)
5:00pm - Dinner
7:00pm - Session 1 (Doors Open at 5:30pm)
9:35pm - After Party (Optional)

Saturday, September 7
7:30am - Breakfast at Hotel
8:00am - Doors Open
8:30am - Session 2
10:30am - Break then Session 3
12:00pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Session 4
3:45pm - Event Ends
5:30pm - Dinner/Free time!

Sunday, September 8
9:30am - Breakfast
10:30am - Drive back to Calvary (4 1/2 hour drive + gain 1 hour with time zone)
2:00pm - Arrive at Calvary
