Winter Camp | 2025

Our annual Winter Camp for Calvary Students (6th-12th grade) is taking place on Friday, February 14 - Monday, February 17 at High Hill Christian Camp & Retreat Center in High Hill, MO.
Our students will worship together, discuss biblical and discipleship-based content in their small groups, engage in recreational activities, and take time away from their normal routine to connect with their peers and grow in their walk with Jesus. Our friends from Big Creek Church and New City Church will also be joining us.
The cost per student is $240, which covers the following:
- Cabins, meals, & programming
- Camp shirt
- Snack & drink of choice from camp store (Saturday & Sunday)
Option for Paintball - $25 (50% discount)
Students will need to be dropped off and picked up from High Hill Camp directly.
- Friday drop-off is from 7:00-7:45 pm
- Monday pick-up is from 11:00-11:30 am
We used this method for both camps in 2024. We will not be meeting at the church. If you or a trusted friend/family member are not able to transport your student to and from camp, please contact Jeff Harding ASAP.
Students are NOT PERMITTED TO DRIVE THEMSELVES to/from camp. They must ride with a parent, family member, or in a vehicle with a) 2+ leaders OR b) 1 leader and 2+ total students.
Students with food allergies will need to bring their own supplemental food, and will have a refrigerator and microwave provided for them. Only items to make allergy-sensitive PB&J sandwiches will be provided.

Notes
Friday, 2/14 Check-In
Upon arrival, vehicles will stop at a check-in point to verify that those students are fully paid and registered. Also, students with medication will also be verified.
Those with medication will pull their vehicle over to the nurse check-in point to turn them in. Prescription medications must be in their original containers with instruction labels. Non-prescription medicine must be properly labeled and/or in their original boxes/packaging.
Vehicles will not be encouraged to park in order to keep vehicle/student check-ins moving.
Students will then take luggage to the check-in table inside the HH Worship Center, and then place it in a designated area according to their cabin assignment. They will take their bags to their cabins after Friday evening activities conclude.
Monday, 2/17 Check-Out
Upon arrival, vehicles will stop at a checkpoint to verify which student(s) they are there to pick up. The checkpoint leader will radio ahead to the HH Worship Center so the names can be announced and luggage picked up and ready when the vehicle pulls around to the Worship Center entrance. Check-out leaders will verify students being picked up as they enter and leave in their pick-up vehicles.
Students will have their medication returned to them in the HH Worship Center when they arrive for the final session that morning with their luggage in tow.
