MR | Ladies Gather Around the Christmas Tree Event 2020

We are excited to be able to introduce a new Ladies Christmas event this year! As we all know 2020 has been a year of change and flexibility. The annual Ladies Dessert Gala was not feasible this year, but we still wanted to bring you a different type of event so we can still gather as a community. Let's gather around the Christmas tree together as we enjoy decorations, music and a message as we celebrate the birth of Christ.
- This Women's Ministry event is a free event, open to all ladies 16 and over. Please register each individual attendee so we can be sure we have a seat and a treat for everyone!
- We will be collecting canned food donations in lieu of ticket fees. We are in need of canned vegetables, soups and boxed macaroni and cheese, which will help our Weekend Hunger Project ministry.
- Childcare will not be available for this event
- This year we are asking ladies to decorate Christmas Trees in place of tables as in years past. We have trees available for you to borrow to decorate or you can bring your own! Please register to let us know your preference.
- We are in need of Christmas light donations! If you have any indoor or outdoor lights you are willing to donate/lend, please drop them off in the main office labeled for the Ladies Christmas event. If you would like them returned, please label them with your name and phone number or email Ashleigh.Bouselli@Calvary.Church.
- We ask that you wear a mask while in the building.
- The event will take place in the Chapel in small, socially distanced groups.*
- A to-go goodie bag with treats will be provided to enjoy at home.

- Upon arrival, please ENTER the building at the main entrance at the circle.
*Due to restrictions in place at Calvary, we will be adhering to socially distant guidelines as you view the decorated trees and are ushered in groups of 5-6 at a time into the worship center from the check-in table.
