Lead Pastor Search Focus Groups
Two reps from NL Moore (the search firm who is helping us with our Lead Pastor search process) will be in town the weekend of May 21-22 to conduct interviews with staff and congregation members. We have set up several focus groups - some are open to any member from our congregation, others are specific to certain groups of people - to provide important input to NL Moore as they seek to better understand our church and create a profile for potential candidates. Because of the nature of discussions, spots are limited. Additionally, regardless of focus group, the questions are the same so each person only needs to participate in a single focus group.
