Interim transitions in churches provide seasons of renewal and transformation. Our dream is to welcome a new Lead Pastor in the future to a healthy, functional, spiritually renewed Christian community at Calvary Church! So we have actively worked in the interim period to create a healthier, more effective church, characterized by life and vitality.
Join us on Sunday, May 21, at 4 pm for a helpful conversation about the state of our interim period. Our Interim Lead Pastor, Dr. Paul Utnage, will share insights around the following questions:
- What stage of the intentional interim season are we?
- What are some specific actions that have already been taken?
- What are some challenges that our congregation may face in the near future and far future?
- What are we developing to help the congregation connect to leaders whenever there are questions or concerns?
- What are the next concrete steps for the congregation in the upcoming months?
- What are the next concrete steps for the pastoral search?
Childcare will be provided for birth through 5th grade. (No registration needed)
